All players in the same age group and gender will train on the same day and time. There are two days of training offered during the week, and a player may attend one or both of the age/gender based training sessions. For example, all player in the U15 Boys division can attend training on Mondays and/or Wednesdays 5-6:30 pm.
Note: Training is no longer team based, and is strictly based upon your age/gender. Players on a team can attend the same training session, but players are not required to do so.
Training begins on Tuesday 9/3, and runs for 9 weeks, ending on Friday 11/1
U19 training sessions will be coordinated by their Coaches.
